1. The service
SorticAI provides AI-assisted compliance health-checks of documents you submit. Every report is reviewed and approved by a qualified lawyer before it is released to you. AI output that has not been approved by a lawyer is never shown as a final result.
2. Your account and organisation
Access is organisation-based. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the documents your organisation submits. Administrators within your organisation manage member access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to submit only documents you are entitled to process and to use the service in accordance with applicable law. You must not attempt to circumvent access controls or the organisation-isolation boundary.
4. Not legal advice
Reports are a compliance health-check intended to support, not replace, your own legal judgement. They do not create a lawyer-client relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to organisation administrators.
